PUBLIC NOTICE

The Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a hearing at 5:30 P.M. on July 15, 2020, At Saluda Town Hall on the following appeal:

Appeal No. 2020-01 by Mr. Joshua Morton to allow the placement of a fence in rear yard, on property line at 309 N. Main St. Tax Map # 079-16-13-013 zoned Town Center.

Sec. 4.2. - Town Center District (TC), 4.2.2. General of the Zoning Ordinance.
