PUBLIC NOTICE
The Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a hearing at 5:30 P.M. on July 20, 2022, At Saluda Town Hall on the following appeal:
Appeal No. 2022-01 V by Jennifer Ward & Rodney Hunt to place an 18’x24’ metal garage and a privacy fence for their back yard with an 8” setback on the east side and a 3’ setback on the west side of the property. 402 W. Church St., Tax Map 079-16-07-012 zoned Traditional Neighborhood Residential District.
