PUBLIC NOTICE

The Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a hearing at 5:30 P.M. on February 20, 2023, at Saluda Town Hall on the following appeal:

Appeal No. 2023-01V by WTC of Saluda LLC to build a 10,532 sq ft general retail store (Dollar Tree), requesting variances on tree protection, general setbacks, and landscaping requirements, on Tax Map # 079-21-04-018 and 079-21-04-019, zoned Highway Commercial.

Sec. 4.5. - Highway Commercial District (HC).
