Regular Meeting

1.     Call to order by presiding officer to include pledge and invocation.

2.     Swearing in of New Officers: Myranda Butler, Ward 1.

3.     Consideration and approval of minutes from April 4th Regular Called Council, their consideration and approval;

4.     Appearance by citizens or others;

A.    Recognizing of Mr. Doug Butler for his years of service to the Town of Saluda.

5.     Reports from municipal officers; Administration; Building Codes; Finance; Court; CPW; Fire; Police; Victim Services; Streets/Sanitation

6.     Unfinished business to include second reading of ordinances;

A.    Second Reading on Ordinance 2023-02; Authorizing the Town to enter into an Intergovernmental Agreement relating to SC Local Revenue Service.

7.     New business to include introduction and first reading of ordinances and resolutions presented by councilmembers;

A.     First Reading of Intergovernmental Agreement with Saluda County Regarding the Joint Payment of Sixty Percent of the Salary of a YMCA Employee to Serve Saluda County Only.

B.     First Reading of Ordinance 2023-03 Authorizing the Cancellation of a Lease/Purchase Agreement for Real Property Owned by Saluda County; Tax Map#079-16-15-009

8.      Go in to Executive Session to Discuss:

A.     To discuss personnel matters with the Administrative Department

B.     To discuss personnel matters with the Police Department

C.     To discuss Release of Lien on 112 W. Church Street; Tax Map #079-16-15-004.
