NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

The Town of Saluda will hold a public hearing on Ordinance #2024-03 Abandoned Building Tax Credit, which is an ordinance to amend Ordinance to provide certification of 300 Greenwood Highway as an abandoned building site under the South Carolina Abandoned Buildings Revitalization Act for the purpose of allow the developer to qualify for state income tax credit.

The public hearing will be held at Town Hall, 100 S. Jefferson Street, Saluda, SC, on Tuesday, February 6, 2024 at 5pm with the Regular Called Council Meeting immediately following.
