PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

The Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a hearing at 5:30 P.M. on June 20, 2024, at Saluda Town Hall on the following appeal:

Appeal No. 2024-12V by Saluda County and the Town of Saluda, to move in a new mobile home (16x76 Clayton Spender), Tax Map # 079-14-01-001, at 100 N. Bouknight Ferry Rd. zoned Traditional Neighborhood Residential District.

Sec. 4.3. - Traditional Neighborhood Residential District (TNR). - Documents relating to these appeals are available for the public inspection at the office of the Zoning Administrator at the Saluda Town Hall.
