The Board of Zoning Appeals of Saluda, SC will hold a hearing at 5:30 P.M. on November 10, 2021, At Saluda Town Hall on the following appeal:

 

Appeal No. 2021-04V by Mr. Gerardo Contreras: To allow the subdivision of his property with a 44.85’ width on the property, and to move a modular home 24’x54’. Variance from the 50’ width requirement. At 415 S. Jefferson St. Tax Map # 078-09-02-006 zoned Traditional Neighborhood Residential.

Section 4.3 Traditional Neighborhood Residential, 4.3.2 General of the Zoning Ordinance.

 

Appeal No. 2021-05V by Saluda County Water and Sewer Authority: To allow the installation of a privacy fence 6’ tall, one foot setback on the eastern side of the property line. Variance from the 5’ setback requirement. At 308 E Highland St. Tax Map # 079-17-07-008, 079-17-07-009 zoned Traditional Neighborhood Residential.
