The Town of Saluda will be accepting proposals for phase one of the Saluda YMCA recreational complex. Proposals should include conceptual drawings and budget estimates for construction of or the restoration of the swimming pool located at 101 Civic Street, Saluda SC.

All proposals shall be submitted by certified commercial pool contractors. Proposals offering amenities for various age groups are encouraged. Handicap accessibility is required. All permits will be the responsibility of the contractor.

All proposals should be submitted no later than 2:00 pm Monday November 22nd and can be delivered to:
